Cloud Digital Radio Application Notes



E95-DTU is a cloud data transmission radio that adopts 4GCAT1 scheme. The radio supports WeChat applet for simple pairing. It can display complex application scenarios such as one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many. Due to the use of cloud technology, the distance between data transmission stations is not limited.

As a breakthrough data transmission product, cloud data transmission radio solves the problems of limited transmission distance, inability to concurrently, and complex networking protocols of traditional data transmission radios. There is no limitation of communication distance, and it has the advantages of wide network coverage and strong anti-interference ability. The radio integrates the function of cloud server, which does not require the customer to configure the platform, and only needs to use WeChat to scan the device. By grouping and pairing, the devices in the same group can realize data transparent transmission, which is very convenient and fast.

The cloud data transmission radio has the function of data encryption. The data transmitted by the radio in the air, through the strict encryption and decryption algorithm, makes the data interception meaningless. It works in LTE-TDD: B34/B38/B39/B40/B41, LTE-FDD: B1 /B3/B5/B8 bands. It provides real-time and reliable data transmission under 4G network coverage. It has the characteristics of high coverage, mobility, easy installation and maintenance, plug and play, and strong stability. It is suitable for many and scattered points and complex geographical environments. PLC, RTU, rain gauge, liquid level gauge and other data terminals are connected.

So, how to make the user cloud data transmission radio transmit data transparently?
1. First, you need to prepare the following items

2. Insert the SIM card for the two cloud radios (pay attention to the direction of the SIM card)

3. Plug in the 4G antenna (make the antenna perpendicular to the ground after installation)

4. Connect USB to RS485 (pay attention to the A and B line sequence of RS485)

5. Insert the USB end of the serial cable into the computer and confirm that the driver has been installed

6. Take out your phone, open WeChat, and click the plus sign in the upper right corner

7. Scan the QR code on the cloud digital radio station to enter the cloud digital radio station configuration tool (there are detailed operating instructions in the tool)
   
8. Click scan code to add, scan the QR code of the radio station again
   

9. At this point, you can configure the first radio station, select the corresponding parameters and click OK to add, then the configuration of the first cloud data transmission radio station is completed.
 
10. Put another device into the group in the same way, and the radio configuration is complete
